GlidingLight guarantees that every customer shall receive a happy, healthy, new pet. However if in the case of disaster there are conditions. This is not an easy subject because once a glider leaves my care I no longer have control.
Once a glider leaves and is placed in a home there is a 72 hour window in which if something were to happen to the glider that can be traced back to GlidingLight we may find a replacement free of charge or a possible refund.
Death of a glider within 72 hours: You will need a full necropsy and histopath at YOUR expense from a Veterinarian experienced in sugar gliders. Your glider must NOT be in contact with other animals during the warranty period. This will nullify the warranty if not followed.
This health guarantee does NOT cover the following:
- Accidents, trauma, negligence, mistreatment, stress related illness or any kind of bacterial infection due to stress. Illnes brought on by the environment, too hot, too cold, improper housing, sudden change in diet.
- Death due to travel conditions, dehydration, heat exhaustion, or starvation.
- Death of a glider within 72 hours. You will need a full necropsy and histopath at YOUR expense from a Veterinarian experienced in sugar gliders.
